Lori brings over 40 years of experience in the healthcare field.

She started out as part-time summer help in her cousin’s orthopedic surgery practice in high school, and who would have thought it would lead to a decades-long career in medical office administration?

Lori has worked as a project manager and trainer implementing billing system software in both large and small medical practices. Lori has been with IMUA since its inception and is proud to see how much the practice has grown and flourished.

In her spare time, Lori is adjusting to the life of an “empty nester,” trying to finish the many craft projects she has started, and enjoying reconnecting with family and friends.
