Summer Bruschetta Recipe
- 2 zucchini, diced small
- 3-4 Roma tomatoes, diced small
- 1 orange bell pepper, diced small
- 1/2 bunch basil, chopped fine (about 1/2 cup)
- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1-2 Tbsp. white balsamic vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 1-2 tsp. Italian herbs
- pinch sea salt
- pinch black pepper
Method: Combine all ingredients together and serve. For even better flavor integration, refrigerate overnight before serving.
